the so-called breakfast was utterly pathetic, barely enough to satisfy a (not my) child, and my room only had a kettle with sachets of instant coffee, how quaint! I would have expected a complimentary upgrade for enduring this absurdity, but I guess those are just for the lucky ones. I almost thought about leaving a good review but just couldn’t.
